Start feeling the benefits of Sound Therapy right away

The uses of sound for healing are very ancient, being brought forth by but usually limited to spiritual and
esoteric traditions. However, in the last decade, using sound as a therapeutic modality has become a working focus for the scientific and medical communities.

Sound can help us shift our energy frequency from lower to higher, removing the lower frequencies of emotions such as fear, anger and resenment. Quantum physics has proven that everything is vibration whether it’s a table, a chair, a person, a planet or a cosmos. When we use sound coupled with intention, we can direct sound vibration to raise the body’s vibrational frequency.

– Buddha

The origin of our name Neshamah 137

The name of this space for harmonizing body and mind was born from the combination of two elements, the word Neshmah and the number 137.

The name Neshamah is a Hebrew word that can be translated as the elevated and most spiritual part of the ‘soul’. It’s believed to be the source of spiritual inspiration, a divine spark that animates the physical body, and a source of connection to that which is sacred. In Jewish spiritual practice, the Neshamah is often the focus of meditation and contemplation, connecting to the divine and experiencing spiritual inspiration, insight, and self-awareness.

The number 137 represents the spiritual growth by connecting with your inner wisdom.

FAQs about Sound Therapy and Meditation

Sound Therapy is an alternative therapy that uses sound waves and vibrations to promote physical and emotional well-being.

Sound and its vibrations act on our brain waves, helping us to enter other levels of consciousness, where mystical states are possible, while our organism becomes more receptive to physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual healing.

Sound therapy –in this case through the medicinal vibrations of the Tibetan bowls– influences the electromagnetic activity of the brain, guiding the mind in generating theta brain waves, precisely those associated with states of deep meditation and creativity, as well as gamma, beta, and alpha brain waves.

Sound Therapy has experimentally shown that music and its fundamental components (rhythmic structures, scales, tones, etc.) produce patterns of coherent electrical activity in the brain.

This process translates into greater efficiency at the inner levels of brain functions, not just as a driver of the cognitive processes, but also as a regulator of the autonomous functions of the organism. Sound Therapy leads to deep states of relaxation; the harmonization of the cerebral hemispheres; the cleansing and balancing of the body’s energy; the relief from pain and physical discomfort; the relief from stress, tension, hypertension, and negative emotions; spiritual growth and healing; and so much more.

As the therapy covers the three planes of our existence (body, mind, and soul), it is known to help improve all the ailments shown below:

  • Reduces stress and anxiety
  • Reduces lack of concentration
  • Reduces headaches
  • Helps to treat depression and anguish
  • Relieves muscle contractures
  • Relieves psychological imbalances
  • Improves moods
  • Improves the immune system (Increased body defenses)
  • Increases mental and emotional stability
  • Increases self-confidence and personal security
  • Controls the states of insomnia and hyperactivity
  • Balances the brain hemispheres
  • Improves the balance of the physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual planes
  • Tibetan bowls can be used to work on the auric body or specific areas depending on the zones where the bowls are applied

With Sound Therapy you will improve your quality of life.

Tibetan singing bowl therapy is a type of sound therapy that uses singing bowls (large, metal bowls) to produce sounds and vibrations that have therapeutic effects. When played with a stick, they create a rich, resonant sound that calms the body and mind.

The Tibetan singing bowl therapy helps release tension, reduce stress, and promote overall physical and emotional well-being.
